Executive Board Minutes
April 14, 2023

Alan Marcus, President, called the meeting to order at 9:00AM. Members in attendance: Jim Trimboli, Bob Kenlay, Linda Tingley, Don Forgette, Mike Metelits, Bob Leiner and Alan Marcus.

The Secretary’s report was read by Bob Kenlay. No corrections or additions necessary.

Jim Trimboli then read the Treasurer's report. The current balance is $1,348.85.

Bob Kenlay noted that our March motion would continue the 10 - $10 Gift Cards until the end of the year. We also agreed to continue to distribute all the 50/50 proceeds.

The position to discontinue the summer meetings was rerevsed. We will have summer meetings. It was also agreed to continue membership fees.
