Mar 13, 2020

Alan Marcus, President, called the meeting to order at 9:00AM. Members in attendance: Jim Trimboli, Bob Kenlay, Ron Kenyon, Linda Tingley, Bob Leiner, and Alan Marcus.

Alan Marcus read a letter from Bill Cahill on his health condition.

Secretary’s report read by Bob Kenlay. No corrections or additions necessary.

Jim Trimboli read the Treasurer's Report. The current balance is $1438.04. Jim Trimboli suggested that the CTC give out cash instead of gift cards. It was agreed that the CTC could give cash or cards, whichever is easier for the current month. Jim Trimboli discussed further procedures for volunteers.

Mar 18 - "Resolving Senior Scams" by Doug Hart, Seniors vs. Crime Project
Apr 15 - "How to Play CDs With no CD Player in Your Car" by Nick Burke

Feb 14, 2020

Alan Marcus, President, called the meeting to order at 9:00AM. Members in attendance: Jim Trimboli, Bob Kenlay, Ron Kenyon, Linda Tingley, Don Forgette, Bill Balch, Bob Roesener, Steve Maly and Alan Marcus.

Secretary’s report read by Bob Kenlay. No corrections or additions necessary.

Jim Trimboli read the Treasurer's Report. The current balance is $1308.79. Jim Trimboli reported on the necessary changes to the CTC, Inc. documents and the club bank accounts since Bill Cahill has resigned as Vice President. Steve Maly has agreed to become our new Vice President so that his name can be put on these necessary documents.

Alan Marcus proposed that the club purchase a new audio sysyem with a headset and hand microphone and speaker unit for $130. Jim Trimboli made a motion to purchase the set. Bob Kenlay seconded the motion. The motion was passed.

Feb 19 - "Google Drive & Apps" by Phil Davis, Ocala Mac Users Group
Mar 18 - "Resolving Senior Scams" by Doug Hart, Seniors vs. Crime Project

Bob Kenlay, Secretary, called the meeting to order at 9:00AM. Members in attendance: Bob Leiner, Jim Trimboli, Ron Kenyon, Linda Tingley, Don Forgette, Bob Roesener, Bob Irish and Bob Kenlay.

Secretary’s report read by Bob Kenlay. No corrections or additions necessary.

Jim Trimboli read the Treasurer's Report. The current balance is $1282.79.

Jim Trimboli reported on new members to volunteer for jobs at the monthly meetings. Jim Trimboli made a motion that the volunteers that attend six meetings be added to a volunteers list for one volunteer to be drawn at the Holiday meeting to be given free membership for the following year. The motion was seconded by Bob Roesener. The motion was passed.

Bob Leiner made the motion to give 5 gift cards at $10 each for all meetings until our Holiday meeting. The motion was seconded by Linda Tingley. The motion was passed.

Linda Tingley summarized the Holiday party. We spent $120.02 for donuts and coffee. We had some paper supplies left from last year. We ordered 8 dozen donuts, 50 donut holes and two pounds of coffee. We estimated that 60 to 75 people attended.

Feb 19 - "Google Drive & Apps" by Phil Davis, Ocala Mac Users Group

Don Forgette suggested we look into ripping CD’s to USB drives. Nick Burke might be interesting in doing the presentation.

Bob Leiner suggested we need an update for “ Cutting the Cord” and “Streaming”.
